UK Chart Run: 69-X- 8-6-6-4-3-3-4-4-5-5-5-4-5-8-14-20-24-33-34-45-61-68 (23 weeks)

In another close battle we now lose Hull-based musical duo EBTG with their biggest hit Missing. Originally released in Summer 1994, it did not achieve much success, spending a solitary week on the chart at #69. However a dance remix makeover by New York DJ Todd Terry the following year gave it an enormous second wind, vaulting the song up to a peak of #3 and 14 weeks in the top 10. EBTG discontinued in 2000 however only 2 months ago, singer Tracey Thorn announced they'd be releasing a new album in 2023.

As long as Gangsta's Paradise wins this now I'm not fussed which other track leaves/makes the final. Voted for Wonderwall but just as happy with Back For Good being eliminated too.

Shame 'Missing' is gone at 4th. I don't think it'd even be a 10/10 song even but none of these remaining are for me and 'Wonderwall' is extremely overrated too <_< Will I suppose be wanting an Coolio winner now but meh generally.

Switched my vote to Oasis instead. x

oh poor Missing, actually it was my favourite of the remaining 4 :/

3 good songs

Gone for Oasis as I love the other two more

I like all 3 left but voted Coolio

What an epic chart run for ‘Missing’ rising from a high peak to its peak so late into the 90s always the sign of an unexpected hit at radio!!

Went for Take That this time though was a hard choice!

Well that’s my winner gone. What were you all thinking?!

Went for Coolio again to go.

I am pretty surprised 'Back For Good' beat 'Missing'!

Anyways, definitely an easy choice now to stick with Take That.
