The positions era is completely wiped out in the space of two rounds! The title track was pushed by Ariana to be the lead single after the label had originally pencilled in '34+35'. This turned out to be a smart decision as she bagged her fifth U.S. #1 hit with it, plus a long running chart-topper across the pond. 'positions' straddles both pop and R&B music and is about Ari's devotion to her other half, plus her willingness to try new things in this relationship. The happy, lovestruck lens is quite prevalent throughout the record due to inspiration from a new life with now-husband Dalton Gomez.

'positions 'been picking up the odd vote for a few rounds so it wasn't as out of nowhere as '34+35' going but it's still a shame to see it leave.

 

Hopefully this will be the round for 'Save Your Tears' to go and miss the top 10.

I like all the remaining but i went for ‘Save Your Tears’ as it’s a Weeknd song in my head.

Side To Side is far superior to positions imo so good result there.

 

There's still far too many bores in this list, only 7 there I'd say I like to any extent.

I do love it but I've gone for 'Save Your Tears'. I kept scanning the list up and down looking for a weak link and I really like everything left, so the song that feels least like an ~Ariana moment~ is that.
