I’m expecting Taylor or 1975 to get it - ‘Folklore’ is #25 in the album chart this week so will have streams and other ‘Folklore’ physicals added to the vinyl sales unless for some reason it charts as a standalone release due to chart rules.

I thought people on here would be supporters of her. It's sad the group broke up I guess. I always wonder why people from pop groups keep having to dramatically leave to release solo music. Why can't they release their own songs and stay in the band?

Christina lost that record a loooong time ago, drops like that and much worse are very routine now! Most recently boygenius falling 1-32 just last week. There have been 2 albums in recent years that debuted at #1 and dropped straight out of the top 100 in their second week (You Me At Six's 'SUCKAPUNCH' and Ben Howard's 'Collections From The Whiteout').

April 18, 20233 yr i dont know if taylor will count as a separate entry, because when the long pond sessions of folklore was released to strersming it was combined on the albums boosting the regular album back to the top 5, so it might not count as a separate entry cos this is just a physical copy of the LPS which is already on streaming
