April 27, 20241 yr Author April 28th – A song you like that is about a journey somewhere challenged by King Rollo North, South, East or West? Which way will you go today? Well strap in because today we are going on a journey somewhere, but King Rollo would like us all to choose the destination. Perhaps it’s somewhere exotic, or a familiar place, but the song must lyrically be about the journey to this destination and any events along the way. April 28, 20241 yr Day 28: 920jLVQOLFI My first thought for this one was the memorable 'club banger' era of 2010-12 and Mr Worldwide/Mr 305 himself, Pitbull. He's taken us all around the world, anchoring that era by reeling off capital cities in as many songs as he could shoehorn a rap into. But on the UK No.7 hit Don't Stop The Party we got a real taste of his travels around the world - London, Morocco, Beirut, Stockholm, Helsinki...

April 28, 20241 yr Author April 28th – A song you like that is about a journey somewhere [Challenged by King Rollo] I decided to send this song today, it’s about a couple driving along in a car at night, very much in love; the guy is driving, and his partner — his wife or girlfriend or whoever she is — is in the passenger seat, and the next minute she’s gone. He tries to find out what happened. The song is about missing time; it’s the idea of blocking out time because of something so traumatic that you literally remove it from your mind.
