April 8, 2025Apr 8 wow Ethel Cain top 5 in albums, crazy how much her fanbase has grown!also nice to see Miki Berenyi (ex-Lush) at #12 with her Miki Berenyi TrioMumfords are down to #45 but expected I guess. But kinda sad for a band whose debut album stayed 104 weeks in the top 40 and peaked in its 72th week in the top 100, where it stayed for 218 weeksand those were based on proper sales not playlist counts those were other times :o

April 9, 2025Apr 9 I just think that when the Apple chart is filled with baby lullabies, whale songs, thunderstorms, white noise and unceasingly insistent stage & screen soundtracks, that maybe the OCC's chart does a better job of depicting the chart as it should be.
