Welcome to my house!

You have a week to request access for entry to Buzzjack's biggest house party. All you need to do is fill in the RSVP form below and tell me what you are bringing to the table.

I hosted an edition of house tunes all the way back in volume three but now I think it's belatedly time for a part two and to also bring out a house extension - now welcoming any house sub-genre.

House is one of the biggest dance genres alongside DnB, trance and techno. You've probably heard lots of it if you're browsing this forum!

Some examples of houses that will be accepted include: classic, deep, electro, future, funky, melodic, tropical, progressive, tech and more as per this video:

As ever there exists some degree of crossover with some of these house subgenera with trance and techno: if Wardy and I feel an entry would better be described as one of those then we may ask you to change your entry.

Techno is often darker in sound and less groovy than house, whilst trance is often more energetic and layered. Both are usually also faster than a typical house track. If you are still unsure, just send it and plan a back-up.

You may also not send a previous BJSC or Club Bizarre entry, anything that could better be described as a pop song with little house influence, or anything too well-known.
