I don't think the UK tends to be lax with this sort of thing. If it was a first or minor offence, then I would understand your stance, but it is neither.

Yeah Chris Brown team should have cleared it up before travelling. But you gotta treat international stars stimulating the economy in a different way. If you end up without him serving time then you could cancel huge events when it wasn’t necessary.

Everyone who bought tickets to a Chris Brown concert deserve to lose their money and don't deserve refunds. The man is CONSTANTLY aggressive towards people and getting into trouble and committing these kind of crimes. It's about time SOMEONE did something. He's an abhorrent human being.
