Because millions is on the line and hundreds of thousands have tickets ? Venues are booked..security etc? This effects more than just Chris Brown.

So you don't care if he leaves the country and doesn't return if he is charged?

Oh yeah, you committed serious GBH with a history of other allegations and abuse but...you're a rich music star who has concerts, of course you can go free! Of the many hills you've picked to die on,

50 Cent says it's messing with the tour, damn okay let's stop everything right there then because that trumps the law and is clearly all that matters here

The date for the next hearing is June 13 two days before his first UK show. They should decide a lot earlier where this is going.

I’m really not sure why you’re so bothered. It’s not like you personally are affected at all.

Why?

I get the impression you are far more concerned about his tour than the fact he has committed a crime.

I don't think the UK tends to be lax with this sort of thing. If it was a first or minor offence, then I would understand your stance, but it is neither.

Like I said, none of this would have happened were it not for Chris Brown's own antics.

I’m not exactly stressing about it. The guy was just asking me stupid questions

Yeah Chris Brown team should have cleared it up before travelling. But you gotta treat international stars stimulating the economy in a different way. If you end up without him serving time then you could cancel huge events when it wasn’t necessary.

Oh do us all a favour lol one cancelled tour of hundreds is really not going to cripple the UK economy.

Sure gdp will only be 0.5 instead of 0.6% then which as you said in the other thread doesn’t matter anyway!

Lowkey hope the losers that bought tickets knowing what a c**t he is lose their money and don’t get refunds. Should pay the price for stupidity

Denying him bail I feel is correct, he has the resources to f*** off and never return to finally face some justice for his serial crimes.

I mean, you can call it a set up but you’d be hard pushed to find anyone else who cares about it.

50 Cent seems to be weighing in and you must not use TikTok as it’s a huge topic there

And Chris Brown alone is responsible for that, not the justice system. They can all sue him for loss of income.

I don’t use TikTok actually and the point remains. You haven’t got the audience here.

THIS THIS THIS!

Everyone who bought tickets to a Chris Brown concert deserve to lose their money and don't deserve refunds. The man is CONSTANTLY aggressive towards people and getting into trouble and committing these kind of crimes. It's about time SOMEONE did something. He's an abhorrent human being. How he has ANY kind of following and/or support is baffling to me.

Take 50 C*nt too.

On what planet is it the UK's fault, it's ALL his fault. I honestly have no sympathy for anyone who paid to see that woman beating, thug anyway, couldn't give a shit if they lose money. I hope they ban him from coming back to the UK if he cannot control himself, they would do the same for a UK person in the USA.

Common sense has prevailed. While I’m not a fan ruining a tour seemed incomprehensible to me anyway

Chris Brown: US singer freed on bail by London court

The US singer is accused of assault at a nightclub in central London in 2023.

No one was "ruining a tour" other than the man himself for what he's been charged with. You make it sound like he was freed to enable his tour to happen which is definitely not the case nor what the article is saying, it's just he can now perform after being bailed. How anyone wants to go and see him is incomprehensible.
