Weirdly I wouldn't say I was obsessed with female pop albums (or alt-pop albums) but my 2010s list is dominated by them

I don't know nearly enough albums from these decades to make a meaningful contribution but just mildly amused that Bjork seems to live in an alternate dimension where there are 5 heads on Mount Rushmore

I found the 2000s much more difficult to narrow down to four, the 2010s doesn't have as many great albums from my point of view.
