Hope you enjoy this 'spacey' hardstyle entry by the one and only Phuture Noize. I've genuinely been a fan of his music since the pandemic, and there were so many tracks I wanted to send here. "Hyperspace" was indeed my initial choice before I opened up a poll thread, so yay!

It's been a terrible week here in Wakanda Konoha Indonesia, but it would still be a little light in the dark if we make this one to the finals.

Hype to Night Tapes indeed (always love a Terra recycle, although guessing they'll do even better x), their material has been really good this era, not as good as helix but still great. they are also the only BJSC act of mine I've met in person

I'm admittedly not sure of my chances this time, due to the quick contest turnover I just sent a song I've been really liking recently, but I'm hoping the vibes can click with others like it did with me (and maybe make up for Lava La Rue's other two DNQs which I forgot completely sorry x)

Not getting my hopes up with my entry this month since it was a bit of a rushed choice (although I love it, but i don't think BJSC is big on novelty lmao), but it would still be nice to qualify ofc 😇

Feel like I should sort out some dates for the listenthroughs early since we're juggling a couple of other song contests - Wardy suggested doing PFSC on Monday so should avoid that day. I could maybe do tomorrow/Wednesday or Wednesday/Thursday? (I can't do Tuesday as always, Friday I probably could do if people prefer, Saturday would be leaving it a bit late x)

I thought I was heading for another veto after making a flop thread and my PFSC entry — but I couldn't resist. The build on 'storm' is transcendent, and the entire song is just so Cocteau Twins coded. Not sure how each single from this album is better than the last

Sunday or Wednesday would be best for me.

Anytime but Tuesday to me.

'helix' is incredible too, but I thought it might be too well-known. The final minute of 'storm' just slapped me across the face too much not to send it

(there is actually an artist being sent this month that I semi-know in person)

It was a foraging session that was advertised on their YouTube channel where they played a few of their new songs as well, I hadn't seen a musician do that before so why not! They were really lovely, Iiris in particular is a very ethereal personality which kinda matches their music, didn't quite get round to mentioning BJSC to them but I'm sure they would've appreciated it x
