I predict Nelionoir and Rontvia to both qualify!!!

It’s anyone’s game for the rest of us!!!

Cor Lupus will qualify. The rest idk x

Looking at my semi, I picked the wrong month to send pop.

Are you sure?

Because if you ask Cody, he’s never qualifying!!!

in a perfect world aesthetica would dog walk this contest

I've often avoided predictions of late, but I've skipped through all the entries and I'm going to get the ball rolling with 10 predicted contenders...

Contenders:

Aeroche: SANTA - Dis-Moi Oui

Cor Lupus: Zanias - Serpentsmile

East Rukahavian: Yndling – It’s Almost Like You’re Here

Fljótavík: Joalin – GUM

FSR Rontvia: Give Love - In Your Mind (DJ Sabrina The Teenage DJ Remix)

Jadakissnia: Erin LeCount - 808 HYMN

Kathaldazia: 3l3d3p – >>> (FWD)
N DNTN: Marged - Move

Neliönoir: Isabella Lovestory - Vanity

New Lexico: Maude Latour - XOXO

Others I think could do well: Ajaenada, Danaeviia, Dobago, Kluminican Republic, POPHub

I reserve the right to change this with more discussions/listening but we LOVE to get discussion started.

Cor Lupus & Hendinia sounded big to me on initial listen of semi 2.

You're forgetting yourself here x

This is not RontBet

My wild and final prediction before any votes or discussion start, based solely on listening to both semi-finals, is... Fljótavík vs Jadakissnia vs Cor Lupus with East Rukahavian, POPHub, Kathaldazia and Hendinia as spoilers

Interesting! I genuinely thought this would be a huge comedown so to see Joalin mentioned twice already is most surprising. I haven't had chance to listen to it all yet to know if I'd agree, but I did know the Cor Lupus track and would agree that is definitely going to do very well - and I also know and love the N DNTN entry too and am hoping that will do good things

I honestly can't remember the last time I was being touted as a contender right out of the gate like this 😮

screaming, crying, throwing up x

also... I never thought of 'Serpentsmile' in the context of BJSC but have been obsessed with it for over a month so yes please

Justice for Oklou!

thank you rob!!

does anyone like my lil pop swerve tho or is it gonna be a 39th for your nerve!

I wasn’t entirely sure about the Aeroche track on first listen but now I won’t be surprised if it pulls a Jimmy Dean and podiums out of nowhere

I’m getting the vibes of a nice 7th/8th place. We often get at least one fun foreign language song in the top 10 these days, whether it’s Vamos A La Playa, Als Du Gingst etc. But I do think this one is accessible enough in and of itself, not just because of the French language.

The song is such a grower I will say, very addictive. It reminded me a little of early Celine/Bonnie Tyler x

SANTA is amazing though, such a fabulous singer. Her début album is a must!!!

East Rukahavian an contender, flipping heck.

i think the top contenders from semi 1 are…

• East Rukahavian

• Fljótavík

• Kathaldazia

• New Lexico

• POPHub

…if i do say so myself
