Thank you everyone! We've had a few more confirmations come through and I've updated the OP with all participants. I'm at work today so won't be able to open the thread until tomorrow realistically, so if there is anyone else like Dandy* who would still like to enter then please feel free to confirm until tonight.

In case anyone wants to listen, I entered Greentea Peng - My Neck, which I did kinda think might not fit the genres well enough but there's just something about it that I love. (Nothing to do with that song 'My Neck My Back' btw xoxox)

I went ahead to try my luck and submitted a song that was one of my options in BJSC x

I always wondered what it might be like if there was one. Perhaps in 2026 one could be trialled to see what response it got? 🤔

I mentioned it during a listenthrough recently, but I realised that trying to keep up with so many entries and contests had started to hinder my own music discovery. I’m someone who gets invested in new albums and live acts, and I don’t want to sideline that by juggling too much. Never want music to feel like an obligation 🖤

This is really up my street, but BJSC is already a time investment. Incredible inspired theme though, as to be expected from @Doctor Blind

Don't think there'd be enough interest personally given its the least popular of the 4 main genres although I'd certainly sign up.

We could maybe do an R&B/hip-hop BJSC spinoff at some point but yeah I wouldn't expect it to be that popular a prospect.
