Come on Shakira and beat the odds and stay top 40.

Big drop in todays for Djo the Crux album, im starting to doubt it will stay top 40 now.

Niall Horan and Myles Smith are hopefully safe to stay top 40 in the singles.

Going back to the decade apart question, Beatles singles were reissued after the original release and many of them returned to the chart.

Beatles - Paperback Writer - 1966 and 1976 and 1986

Beatles - Yellow Submarine - 1966 and 1976 and 1986

Ooh might be close for Bad Bunny on the singles, wish we knew his sales today.

Probably a bit too big of a leap for Bad Bunny to get #1 for this week (if only the Super Bowl was even just 1 day earlier that might have been enough) and not sure he'll maintain momentum for long enough to get there next week but that it even seems within the realm of possibility is still amazing! Definitely looks like it'll be getting a top 5 peak minimum (plus top 20 at least most likely for the other two songs) and the album is looking good to make it as high as #2 now cheeseblock

Started the week feeling resigned to a potential worst #1 of the year and now having at least a glimmer of hope for a potential best #1 of the year. x

Have been out of the loop for a bit - wow at Bad Bunny! “DTMF” would be a brilliant and unusual #1. And hooray at the “Opalite” ship having sailed - I quite like the other 2 big showgirl hits but find that exceptionally irritating.

Homewrecker is excellent , I’m beginning to think it’s my favourite sombr single. So that almost certainly means it’s not going to be as successful as his last few singles! 😆

I still remember his first chart appearance when he appeared on Cardi B’s I Like It in 2018

IMO they missed an opportunity to perform it on Sunday, especially cos Cardi was literally on the field being one of the people in the casa🤣

My Opalite vinyl has just been dispatched, so it could still be no 1.

I can’t see Taylor letting an opportunity for a no1 pass her by tbh… I think physicals will be sent out to guarantee it

Oof if Bad Bunny has lost his only chance for number one that will be upsetting but if it was going to be Raindance again that's fine by me!

I think Bad Bunny stood a better chance of #1 next week anyway - unless 'DtMF' really collapses, he'll have a full week of relatively high streams, whereas this week he's only had 3 and a bit days plus the Thursday estimates which will probably help 'Raindance' more than they should.
