I'm not super familiar with 'Eagle' but it was sounding fantastic today... quite experimental with the prog rock influence. I see it was the longest song ABBA ever recorded. However... 'Blackstar' doesn't even take that title for Bowie much love to his mentor for picking this, can totally see why it has attracted some of the reactions it has done so far, but to me it's an absolute masterpiece reflecting on mortality and art, made all the more powerful once we found out it was from the perspective of someone who was actually on the way out.

In an ideal world 'Invisible Light' was a multi-week #1 x dark synth-pop perfection.

They’re three highlights of the round for me too, but none of them are the poppiest so I worry for them all!

I think 'Sober' has been sent to similar kind of contests before (as well as rates) and iirc, it never does as well as it should :( ("as well as it should" clearly meaning winning by a huge landslide every time)

If I remember correctly Sober has already been earlier on in the competition.

Just sent my votes and i'm not sure if we are allowed to say our votes but that was by far the absolutely easiest number 1 so far
