Line-up confirmed! Amol Rajan – Journalist and Broadcaster Bella Ramsey – Actor James Acaster – Comedian and Podcaster James Blunt – Singer/Songwriter Jerry Hall – Model and Actress Joanne McNally –

Please keep Amanda Holden and Roman Kemp away from this. I’m honestly sick of the sight of them and the latter seems to be on every reality show possible.

I want to keep the calibre of celebrities high. Proper A-listers if possible. None of the usual ITV mob or celebs who have already done Big Brother/I’m A Celeb/Bake Off/Strictly/Dancing On Ice/Pointless/The Chase/Catchphrase etc etc etc.

James Acaster would be great!

Alot of the names floating about seem to be on the similar level to Series 1! Excited

MIRANDA !!!!!!

That is some top tier lineup. There’s not as many “big dogs” as last year (although Richard E Grant’s probably the biggest name), but lots of household names, and a few “I’m sure I know that face from somewheres” too that people will get to know over the series à la Cat Burns. Feels a lot more comedian heavy that last year though.

Ehhh. A bit too many comedians for my liking, especially Romesh and Rob who I'm sick of the sight of now.

Leigh is a nice surprise! And James Blunt will be hilarious.

I was kinda hoping for a less predictable cast and maybe an unexpected A-Lister or two, especially with all the hype about how many celebrities adore the show. I mean we had Lisa Kudrow meeting Linda S3 on social media and we know Courteney Cox loves the show. Cheryl isn't a huge celeb these days but even she would have brought some star power. Seems like a very 'safe' cast, better than Celeb Big Brother or I'm A Celeb but probably the same star power as a Bake Off special.

Based solely on his diplomatic demeanour while hosting University Challenge, Amol could potentially get really far as a Faithful, excited to see him in.

Leigh-Anne, Miranda, Joe Lycett, James Blunt, all potential for some good moments, decent lineup and from most of the rest of the names I am at least aware they are known if not familiar in every case with what they're known for so good job BBC

That is a properly stacked cast there, as I suspected given how big the first one was, particularly looking forward to Miranda Hart (kind of intrigued to see how well she does in her natural persona), James Blunt, Joe Lycett and Michael Sheen.

Omg this lineup is incredible!! Miranda, Joe and both Jameses will bring so much entertainment. Also love Leigh-Anne, Julie and Sharon - hope we get a traitor out of at least one of them!

My first reaction is also too many comedians - they’re not individually bad choices but they’re all standard go to panel show guests so don’t really feel like unique attractions. Still lots of interesting names outside of those though, particularly love the idea of Miranda (comedian I know but not the same as the others), Michael, James (both to be fair), Richard, Julie, Amol and Joanne

Still a stella group. Not really bothered about the amount of comedians but I’m surprised sports people are virtually non existent-particularly since those players were pretty memorable last time.

Still no Bob Mortimer.

I think with sports people it's largely availability and having those that would be good value on this sort of thing. You've got the World Cup so that may rule out a lot of ex-footballers.

Joe Marler had already been on The Wheel so they had something to go on.
