12 hours ago12 hr I think I’m actually worried for my 1st choice (which I didn’t get), so maybe a blessing in disguise?!
12 hours ago12 hr Author Oh and just FYI, to follow up on what Rich mentioned last night... can confirm there absolutely aren't any impostors this season. But song choice - even without themes - may absolutely be very important at some point (prior warning will be given) 👀

Look how many synth and alternative leaning acts have been entered, especially in groups - once those acts inevitably depart before half or more of the solo females then its the likes of Robyn and Kate Bush that will pick up those voters' points over Zara imo.Yeah you do make a good point about Robyn v Zara but I'm still not totally convinced. I think it will very much come down to the song choices, but we shall see. Looking forward to seeing how it all pans out anyway!

10 hours ago10 hr Would there ever be a world in BuzzJack where we see a future event called "The Rock Factor" or "The Dance Factor" to cater to different genres but using the same principles as Pop?Granted, it might attract less participants, but it could be fun to try.

10 hours ago10 hr I do think it would be good to do a round of this that is properly open to all genres (moreso than it is now where one or two people per season sneak an artist that isn't really pop through anyway x). Am sure it'd still be mostly pop artists anyway but there'd be plenty of artists I'd be interested in using who would definitely not be pop at all.(I guess that was already a thing with that AF Idol spinoff)

9 hours ago9 hr I don’t think an alt version would rise to the heights of Calum’s original idea or amusing flourishes that he includes… but if Calum would prefer more alternative acts not to appear here and therefore it isn’t treading on his toes; then it does feel like a spin off version could work as an idea worth discussion in future

Still very much pop at the core with a few that do appeal to other crowds and tastes (as well as some good discoveries for the pop loyals). Will continue to put up with Bra pushing it

Plus more isn’t always more.
