16 hours ago16 hr Oh wow, I hadn’t considered that in contention at all but I voted for it and really liked it so well done Freeze! One point away from correctly predicting the winner isn’t bad x
16 hours ago16 hr let's assume all is correctcongratulations freeze!!! wonderful winner and one I'm jawdropped (in a very good way) to see winning.excellent as it was my 15 and glad it was that way round (even if the order of my top 2 was correct I'd feel bad if you were one point off), also very well done to Terra as well for a fantastic hit in second.
16 hours ago16 hr Who had 'suspiciously upbeat pop metal song about Japan's answer to Jimmy Savile' on their 2026 BJSC winners bingo eh xWell done Freeze! We do love a surprise winner, not one I voted for but it was a commiseration and certainly a standout song, that's two of those in a row so I'm reverting to form clearly. (And speaking of reverting to form - Terra Avium in the bridesmaid position, all is well with the world!! still a great result for that ofc)I will go tot up my own spreadsheet as quickly as I can now to verify everything before I go to bed x

15 hours ago15 hr oh the top score was 271 lmao, why did I read it so wrong 😛 that’s close to the same score Erin LeClunt got when she won, no?congrats Freeze!!! ❤️❤️❤️
15 hours ago15 hr wow, nobody saw that coming!Congratulations Freeze and unfortunate for Chez to miss out by a point - I gave 7 to Greenfroze and 5 to Terra, fine margins indeed!
15 hours ago15 hr Oh I didn't see that coming at all, big congrats Freeze! RontBet did reasonably well with the top ten apart from missing that oops! A long overdue addition to the gold medal tally there.Well done Terra too, I did think that would do very well so not surprised to see it top three. Altyr and N DNTN with strong pop in the top five too, congrats both!Amazing show @blacksquare , bravo! Love the reveal and how close it all was, maybe it couldn't have been anything but a close run thing with the quality so high and consistent throughout.
15 hours ago15 hr well that is marginally my favourite of the top 2 winning there so yay congrats Greenfroze!
15 hours ago15 hr congrats Greenfroze! also thanks for the top notch hosting Nellyyyyyy(Also: Confirmations for the Halloween contest close in an hour if you wanna join us)🖤🖤🖤

The alt crowd have much altier songs, the pop crowd have much poppier songs, the dance crowd probably won't love this, which leaves the rock crowd... Which is small and has one other song to contend with (that I feel has much broader pop/alt appeal)Turns out this prediction, specifically, was accurate!I didn't expect it to win, but I'm not sad about it!

Yes, I have won twice before, but it's been 84 years.First was in BJSC XL with Rachel Platten - "1000 ships" and then again in CXV, I think, with "Playa Grande" by Sofi Tukker & Bomba Estéreo🥳
