January 30, 201115 yr But he's confessed to it so it's a certainty he will be convicted surely? I'm sorry but that is ridiculous. He's not innocent because he did do the crime, the courts just haven't gotten round to punishing him yet. Unless and until he is convicted he is innocent. To say otherwise could be seen as libellous or prejudicial to a fair trial. If he was due to be tried in the UK, I'd be deleting the relevant posts.
January 30, 201115 yr Bruno is the real #1, Ke$ha's song is forgettable, at best. No, the real #1 is Ke$ha as she is #1. I can't stand the song, but saying she's not the "real" #1 is ridiculous.
January 30, 201115 yr I'm sorry but that is ridiculous. He's not innocent because he did do the crime, the courts just haven't gotten round to punishing him yet. A court is not just for punishing someone, its primary use is to determine whether someone has committed the crime. If he hasn't been convicted, then from a legal point view he hasn't done it yet. Of course he probably will be found guilty, but until he does then it's not recognised. And it's not ridiculous, it's how every civilised country works and it works just fine.

January 30, 201115 yr Great for Ke$ha, makes up for the fact the last three singles didn't reach the top ten (even though BBB got #3 on iTunes and the other two got #11 :(). I think it's gonna plummet next week, though.
