September 14, 201115 yr What a shame, Leona Lewis off already, only made B-List, looking like it may not even crack top 40 on radio :( Still made top 5 :dance: The lack of radio support from other commercial radios is shocking & sad but i hopeshe smashes with the 2nd single.But then again you never know what might happen in term of radio support.

Yeah look at Run This World for Beyonce, not hugely supported & didnt do to well, and then straight up after second single went #1 on both TV/Radio, so we'll see, anything can happen I guess. Collide went in top 5 at #4 officially, i'm actually chuffed with that considering the support & drama around it, and its #8 on iTunes still so hopefully a healthy chart run despite lack of support. :D Edited September 14, 201115 yr by Karma
September 15, 201115 yr Its a shame the sats are off so early but at least they did make the A-list and they got a top 3 hit! A shame they have ignored the sugababes. The song is quite good. It's not surprising though, I don't think many people are that interested in the sugababes anymore.

September 15, 201115 yr I actually did mention Crack The Shutters :P That's probably my third favourite of theirs after Called Out In The Dark and Run, mystified as to how it never even went top 40 :mellow: :wub: Crack the Shutters is amazing but unfortunately the trend for bands like Snow Patrol in late 2008/early 2009 was for a top 10 with the lead single and pretty much flop with everything else. It happened to the Killers too. Spaceman managed to get to 40 but it seriously deserved top 10

September 16, 201115 yr I doubt being postponed by just a week would warrant moving it down a list anyway. Maybe if it's been postponed by a month. On Radio 1Xtra's playlist they sometimes have songs go through the playlist twice because of their releases getting held back.

September 20, 201115 yr Radio 1 play a LOT of songs and never playlist them (all stations do, infact), so I wouldn't get my hopes up after just one play.
