If you look at yesterday's with today's mids you will also notice Marina, Charlene, and Florence have not moved from their positions, to me it seems iTunes data is missing unless someone else can shed some light on it. It seems the most logical explanation why Rihanna has not charted.

None of Rihanna's sales will be 'lost'. It's just an error, things like this happen all the time and it's always fixed by the next day. She'll show up tomorrow. Missing iTunes data seems likely (has the song even been released to the other download sites?)

 

Maroon 5 dropping in the albums chart also supports the theory iTunes data is missing. So it's basically a crap update today. Hopefully we'll get a proper update tomorrow.

shame that YMA6 are rubbish though, better British rock acts like Sucioperro or Pulled Apart By Horses should be where they are

If you pre-order the album, you get Paradise in advance. For reasons which are not entirely clear, the OCC cannot (or will not) distinguish between these and standalone purchases of the single track.
