Hi everyone. :D

Looks like Of Monsters and Men's last week in the Top 40 with Little Talks. :( And I still think Sam and the Womp sound brilliant!

Thing is, I actually REMEMBER Guetta doing them (Titanium top 20 last Summer  ) but I honestly don't remember Bieber doing them when it will have only been a few months ago.

Justin Bieber had Turn To You (Mother's Day Dedication), All Around The World, As Long As You Love Me and Die In Your Arms, but I only remember how two of them go  Hopefully some artists that I like do promo singles, if it works well for Bieber and Swifty then it could work with some others too. I remember Katy Perry doing it in America, so maybe when she does her next album she could get a load of promo singles T40.

Shame it could well be their only hit in the UK :( Mountain Sound is every bit as good but will chart in the top 200 range :(

Although Pink rose to prominence as an R&B singer in the classic '90s LaFace mould, a front displayed on her debut CAN'T TAKE ME HOME, it was when she took control of her own image in 2001 that she truly became an icon. While the Linda Perry (4 Non Blondes) composed hit "Get This Party Started" strayed not all that far from her initial dance-pop path, the remainder of M!SSUNDAZTOOD revealed an artist schooled in the punk tradition. Further recordings wandered down multiple paths, cementing Pink's reputation as a genre-bending pop songstress. - HMV

I thought Sam & The Womp would hang around between the 20-30 mark for a while but looks like it could possibly be their final week in the Top 40
Oh I assumed Pink would be gone since she was 39 in the chart update. Glad to see it hanging in. Doubt it'll stay for next week.
How odd that 'smoker' is now bleeped out by Radio 1 :/

God help them if Steve Miller Band - The Joker ever recharts.

Turn To You was a promo single but not in the same way as the other three - it was just for charity and was not put on the album.

This is the best song in the top 40 - hurrah at it charting!

Yes! Bugg in the top 40 :)

Hopefully can get a 2nd week as its still top 30 on itunes

Album Number 1 too (hopefully)

Good to see Jake Bugg finally getting a Top 40 hit - Looks like being an excellent week for his - Top 40 single and #1 album
God help them if Steve Miller Band - The Joker ever recharts.

They'll do some creative editing by using lyrics from other parts of the song. It'll go something like this:

"I'm a joker.

I'm a joker.

I'm a midnight joker.

I get my lovin' on the run."

Ooh, this is really good on first listen, much better than the average 'Lightning Bolt' and the alright 'Taste It'! Really glad because I knew he had the potential to be good.
Jake Bugg sounds similar to some bands from the 60s, and T.Rex in places! Really like this song, definitely going to buy his album!
