Maybe they are but there's still no point in doing it. If you like the track, just listen to it on the album

I think the consensus here is that the people who are buying the track DON'T own the Now album. Maybe applying a bit of basic logic and common sense here would be helpful...

Oh dear at 'The Pinkprint'. Nicki's 'Heartbreak on Hold' moment in the UK?

The Pinkprint should outsell HOH's total sales with its first weeks alone.

It's a shame for "The Pinkprint" to only be top 20 considering "Roman Reloaded" topped the charts
Amazing to see Gorgon City holding on in the top 10! It's #166 in the daily spotify chart and rising on streaming, so hopefully it won't get pushed just outside the top 10 come Sunday with streaming picking up quite quickly.
Here you go

36,600 Leon Jackson "When You Believe"

67,400 Sam Bailey "Skyscraper"

107,000 Ben Haenow "Something I Need"

109,700 Joe McElderry "The Climb"

166,000 Matt Cardle "When We Collide"

185,400 Alexandra Burke "Hallelujah"

254,713 James Arthur "Impossible"

Leona was just "Over 100k", Brookstein was on 60k, and Ward had not even sold 2k by this point!

Hi. Shayne Ward sold 313k of Winners single "That's my goal" in 2 days and 742k overall for the week.

Much doubt it will make the top 10 :drama: :(

I highly doubt in 2005 he would have sold more than 313,000 downloads in a week, let alone 2 days. The CD for X Factor winners singles has always been released on the Wednesday.

That's the Thursday tally after the first day of CD sales on the Wednesday :D

Mark Ronson has climbed back to #1 on iTunes which means he could stop X Factor getting Xmas #1 after all
Ben Haenow had a 33,000 lead over Mark Ronson, i cant see Ben losing the Christmas Number 1 as he is still at number 2 on iTunes with physicals to back him up. I would see as a worst result of Ben selling 30,000 cd singles and that will secure him the Christmas Number 1.

Yeah I'm thinking when we get today's update he will be further ahead as Physicals went on sale yesterday and he was still #1 on iTunes all day yesterday as well. I hope he does it. He is performing on ITV Text Santa on Friday night which may give him a boost and I think being the last Saturday before Christmas he will shift a fair few physicals there too. I do really like UF but want Ben to have his "moment".

114,009 copies of Ed Sheeran's album sold so far this week. It's only Thursday. You people.

Hi betting fans, Ben Haenow is still on for xmas number 1.

I'm expecting Ben's physical to sell more than Band Aid 30 did in one day, its really a no brainer... unless your name is Sherlock Holmes. ^_^

Ben may have physicals to back him up but Mark has streaming to back him up. If we was allowed to manipulate the charts, I'm sure a lot of people would be overstreaming "Uptown Funk"

As has been pointed out in other threads streaming is not going to help UF overcome Ben at least this week. It hasn't so far and I'm afraid it's all over for this week.

Uptown Funk is back at no1 on iTunes. I really hope it can make no1 on sunday but if it doesnt then I'm sure it will return there next week.

There's no point hoping. It's a foregone conclusion that Ben will be #1 this week sadly with the lead he has right now and presumably he's doing well on physical sales.

Uptown Funk should easily go back to #1 next week and stay there for a while though, it's clearly the Happy of this/next year although whether it will be the biggest selling song of 2015 remains to be seen.

Thanks Sunday. Phenomenal sales for Ed Sheeran steam rolling all the Xmas releases.
