#12. 99 Souls - "The Girl Is Mine (feat. Destiny's Child & Brandy)"

#311. 99 Souls - "The Girl Is Mine (feat. Destiny's Child & Brandy)" [Club Mix]

Just realised this was so high and climbing! :o Its airplay/TV play is increasing a bunch and it's rising nicely on spotify (currently #25). Can see this going top 10 the week after Christmas, with all the Christmas songs falling.

that's why I have to support bieber next week, because he's totally unrelated to xfactor, whereas 1d are

Why has their origin got anything to do with their chart positions 5 years down the line?...

Shaky going really well considering the song has failed to make the Top 200 in each of the last 2 weeks.

I don't think 1D will get there tbh - they've just had their first dark red update on Kworb and Beebs is now green.

Factor in the streaming too and I think Justin will just continue to dominate into the new year - especially with the gift card effect; I can see all three singles benefiting greatly from that

actually Louisa is at #7 cos Hello is higher when combined

Shakin Stevens new song done a very strange pattern, out of nowhere straight in at #11 then drop to #12 :)

Ex's and Oh's  98

Hope this is big in the new year <3

Was the Shakin Stevens song promoted/mentioned on a morning TV programme like Lorraine or something?

The Vodafone Top 40 chart is going to be hilarious, they've been saying all week "Will Lousia manage to knock off Justin?" and at this rate she will be out the Top 10 and won't even get a play on the show

Might actually listen to see what they say even though their chart is pointless

Whats this NHS choir song competing for #1? Is this a big campaign??

Shaky was a guest on the Chris Moyles show on Radio X this morning! They played Echoes at the end of the interview and Chris loved it so much that he spent the remainder of the show plugging it.

They also believe this Sunday's no1 is the Xmas no1!

Could this sort of decline for the XF winner have happened when it's not an actual marketable popstar? :drama: It's a shame her name is going to be attached to this and she'll be known as the first XF winner to miss the number 1 with their winner's single. It's frustrating coz she's my fave contestant since Little Mix! I know it probably won't but really hope it won't hinder her success as an artist when her debut is released. It's just a shame her name will be attached to this.

Edit: although the general consensus seems to be that she is farrr better than this song, so she should be fine but I hope this doesn't get Simon worried and make her rush release an album full of covers!

It is for their chart though

In NZ the results show was on Thurs night local time
Makes me wonder if Reggie & Boille could have sold more with a a reggae version of Forever Young  Poor Louisa I had high hopes for her
