'Miss Americana & The Heartbreak Prince' an easy highlight out of the album tracks on first listen, was not surprised at all to see that was a Joel Little production (and the same with 'The Man') as those two songs have definite 'Pure Heroine' vibes to them. I found 'The Man' lowkey a little annoying on first listen the other week though oops but it has grown on me. (And Joel Little's other contributions to this album are... not as good x). 'False God' also making a v good first impression on me and 'Cruel Summer' working its way up my affections. I really liked the instrumentals of 'Death By A Thousand Cuts' and 'It's Nice To Have A Friend', the latter is way too short though! Ended just as I was getting really into it. Issa pretty decent album overall, it's no '1989' but a good number of highlights to take away ('Lover' is really becoming one of my all time fave songs from her, it tugs at my heartstrings in the same way as Ed Sheeran's best schmaltzy love songs which I have a weakness for xx)
