This is one of the extraordinary statements I've seen..

I'm angered about someone can't apologise for clear breach of the rules.

You're not getting it. He's not anyone.

I know that. I'd have advised him to go out there, just a short statement, just saying "look I may have done wrong and if I did then I'm genuinely sorry"

I love how he's writing stuff down as if he's doing or saying or writing is something important.
This is an extended double-down of a gaslighting session isn't it? Late for a start, turns up and tells us that he did do the thing we are all accusing him of, and that despite that he's not resigning.

"Was the public stupid to be following the rules or should they have looked for loopholes like you did?"

!

“Ive not even considered resigning”

I still think he'll be gone by Friday. :)

He mentioned not feeling well/him having problems with eyesight but it was apparently a good idea to drive and endanger the other passengers/drivers. I'm surprised no journalist has picked up on this.

Now the real journalist are out, this has gotten f***ing exceedingly good. He’s tying himself up in absolute knots

This is utterly BEAUTIFUL

His child was desperate for a piss on the half hour trip but was able to completely hold it in during the 4-5 hour trip? Does he think we’ve never met children?

The press conference has just further worsened the situation. Wow.

My parents are livid and they rarely get angry.

I'm glad the journalists are giving hard hitting questions.

The government have been undermined further by this. I feel sorry for the police - it's going to be incredibly difficult for them to tell people to go home or fine them given the situation that's unfolded.

He’s really pushing the fake news angle, isn’t he?
