Unfortunately according to @imaduck just about everyone drowned so the remaining handful hitched a ride on an iceberg to that small island in the middle of nowhere.

Who do I have to blow to get oslol moved to that isolated Island in the North West of Miss Kantha?

Most of our population drowned in that lake in the middle of the country so we don't need as much space. From a health and safety point of view we need to move and also the south waleans are getting a little close to us.
