The fact D-Block Europe are on track to get ANOTHER top 40 hit even with the massive amount of Christmas songs is very disappointing, I haven’t listened to this one and don’t plan to unless it gets played on the chart show, I quite like AJ Tracey normally but anything that involves D-Block is a big no go.

I imagine Adele will end up at #2 by the end of the week again.

16,767 on the chart announced on Christmas Day.

'Driving Home For Christmas' actually reached a new all-time peak on Spotify the other day! So it must be doing a bit worse on other platforms than usual I guess.

Think its cos of Apple

They have an exclusive cover of Driving Home for Xmas by Dermot Kennedy

And they’re pushing that like Alexa does with her exclusives

So the Dermot cover is higher than the original

Which is just lowtop 40

On Amazon, it hadn't made the top 20 until 5 days ago - it's since gone 20-18-15-11-8...

Just realised only 4 songs in last week's Top 40 are at their peak positions to date: the #1 (which always is), the Amazon exclusives at #26 & #39, and SZA - I Hate U at #38. Everything else is either on its way down or an old song coming back up. Not sure what the average is, except it's definitely more than that. Fortunately it looks like there'll be a few more this week.
