After a close vote, Lene Marlin gets the bronze! The underrated Scandi Popstar took Sitting Down Here to no.5 back in March 2000. It’s a lovely little trick and I’m a little gutted it missed the final.

Voting for Here With Me because she’s Dido and it’s literally one of my favourite songs ever.

I dunno, they're both so different it's hard to compare or pick.

 

I suppose 'Here With Me' as it's a gorgeous song and while I do love a bit of 'The Boy Does Nothing', it's a bit more novel.

Lene didn't deserve to go... Dido is easily my favourite to win now.

Aw at Lene going. Not fussed who wins as I like both. I hazard a feeling Dido was always destined to win though so I'm going for her to win but Alesha is just as equal for me.

Here With Me is a good song although almost anything would've been better than The Boy Does Nothing. That has to be my least favourite finalist in one of these, what are you all smoking to enjoy this cringefest?!

Seriously how on Earth was Lene voted out over Alesha?! That would have been my winner but easily going for Dido of the final two.

Alesha being in the top 2 as she deserves :cheeseblock: By far the best song on this list, what an absolute banger that still sounds fab today 😍 I know it has no chance of winning here but I’m glad it made the final at least cos I was fully expecting it out in like round 4!

This is without a doubt the worst final of any of these so far. Dido's song is a complete bore and the Alesha song is quite annoying.

Now just imagine how I felt in round 46 where two average dance songs made the final over some classic pop.

 

I can’t disagree with you more on Here With Me. It’s a great song in my opinion and far from boring despite not being uptempo. It gives me all the feels.

 

And even though I preferred the other two drop outs, I also wouldn’t mind Alesha winning because it’s a really fun and great track, the best thing she ever did.

 

This wasn’t the best bunch of songs but I think the top 2 are great.

I actually really like this top 2, I'm glad Alesha made it over that bland Lene song so the top 2 weren't just... the same thing. Dido does the low key much better.

 

That being said, The Boy Does Nothing is ICONIC CAMP, so I voted for that. Surprised to see it this far, so definitely not surprised it isn't going to win :lol:
