Dare I say best first episode of a UK series? Really like the entire cast - such a great mix of characters.

 

Lots of really great performances. Lill really surprised me and one of my favourites of the episode. :wub: Kyran was so great too. I was hoping Lill would be top 2 but can't argue with La Voix!

 

Runways were really good too, not a single bad one surprisingly!

 

Really looking forward to seeing how the season evolves. *_*

Two for two on UK6

 

Kind of hilarious though that two seasons of UK back to back have ended with multiple non elim episodes early in the season because of queens dropping out at the last minute!

 

As a costumer I lived for this challenge, Chanel's team really killed this challenge and were easily the three best. I understimated Miss Chanel. Now I want to work with her!

Such a great 2nd episode! The drama of it all! :lol: Love the chemistry the cast has - perfect mix of shade amongst them.

 

Sad to see Saki go :( I hope she gets a call back for a season, even if a vs the world, to get another chance to shine.

 

Haus of Zen's looks though... *_* Omg stunning and by far the best.

 

I LOVE the drama of Chanel being so cocky then Ru making the top 3 lip sync only for Lill to then win :lol: The top 3 lip sync was a little disjointed but Lill definitely did the best - I kinda wish the camera was just focused on her :lol:

Another great episode despite no proper elimination

 

Chanel is really bringing the entertainment hope she sticks around for a while

I'm not vibing with Chanel :( she's clearly very talented, but the personality reeks.

 

Kiki's outfit was an absolute disaster but I can't help loving her so much :lol: Lill and Kyran are my favourites at the moment, but this is still such a strong cast, it's so difficult to say that the likes of La Voix and Marmalade are among my 'least favourites' when they're amazing!

We haven’t had a Scottish queen for years, and the one we get is insufferable!

I kind of love Chanel, we always need that drama! I don’t think she’s like insufferably nasty, she’s just giving good TV and drama. Not sure how well she will do on any other challenge tbh but we’ll see, I don’t see her being funny or a great performer.

This acting challenge is actually making me laugh - particularly Rilsea.... also Dita really not reacting to being phoned up and being told her husband is dead

...Also out of Drag does anyone think Actavia looks a bit like Scarlett Bobo...

Overall I thought a really strong episode, with only the lipsync at the end being underwhelming. The challenge was really funny and so many highlights too; Kyran was great, but then so was Rileasa, I’m guessing had her runway been better she would’ve won. Was good to see Marmalade be so strong too – her runway was amazing!

 

La Voix’s comment about Chanel going to comfort Dita made me laugh as well. Not overly fussed that Dita went, it didn’t feel like she really got into the competition and Kiki probably has more to offer in the long run.

 

3 episodes in, is it too much to say it’s already in my top 3 UK seasons ? Every one of them has something, no one was absolutely terrible in that challenge really. Dita was definitely the worst but not abysmal. Gonna be a tough season cause I love so many of them !

This season is definitely the best since 1/2 for me.

 

Am I alone in thinking Marmalade seemed a bit wooden and one note in the acting? I thought it could’ve been done a lot better?

Rileasa would have been my winner, I didn’t expect that out of her at all!! Kyran was great too but I think her and Actavia both did well with the role so her winning and Actavia just safe was a bit odd for me. Also thought La Voix deserved to be in the top.

 

I thought Lill was the worst in the acting challenge lowkey as much as I love her, but I agree nobody was bad really. Out of the crop, Dita does feel like a weaker one who i wasn’t so sad to lose but every elimination this season is going to feel like a loss as everyone brings something and I actually do like and appreciate them all. I think it’s my favourite series already for that reason, and I also feel like it has a wider breadth of queens not the same old so each week is exciting and you don’t really know what’s coming.

Really great episode and thought both trailers were funny. Even Dita made me laugh a few times, I thought she did OK!

 

Also maybe I'm delusional but Zahirah was by far my favouritte in the challenge, made me laugh so many times :lol: I actually thought she was going to be in the top despite the runway when she wasn't called as safe :lol:

 

The lip sync was a bit underwhelming although I thought Dita was better in the lip sync. Kiki's tricks felt out of place and a lot of the time her face was away or not showing properly? Dita definitely gave a tigher lip sync in terms of lyrics/mouth movements. Perhaps my delusion continues :lol: Was hoping to see more of Dita, but alas I think I'm going to be sad at any queen being eliminated now with how much I like the cast.

Kiki in the bottom 2 was unreal after being one of the standout actors.

 

For me I kinda thought all of them were bad in the acting challenge. Found it really unfunny mostly.

 

I'm enjoying the season, great werkroom times and living for everything Chanel does, down to the fake apology. She's absolutely playing a character, I have mutual friends with her irl and she says she played it up for tv deliberately - and didn't expect some of the others to take it so seriously!

 

From here on I feel like Zahirah and Charra Tea are really out of their depth & might be the next two out, unless one of them pulls out a showstopper performance coming up!

 

Finally was struck by how poor La Voix's makeup and look were on the runway tonight for a veteran!

I completely agree, unfortunately. Adore Marmalade though — I love a look queen with a personality.

 

Rileasa would have been my winner with Actavia also in the top with Kyran. Actavia is just so effortlessly funny. This season, this cast! I'm obsessed.

Dita's runway was gorgeous, but sadly she was the weakest link this week :( don't think she would've had much steam left anyway, so correct result.

Judging was a bit odd… Lill was off course by far the worst across both groups. Chanel though was defiantly one of the weaker performers too and I’d have had her in the low group. Zahirah who I don’t think was as bad as they made out. Although Chanel’s runway was better than Zahirah’s. Sure the beginning lift wasn’t great, but overall Zahirah wasn’t that bad.

 

Marmalade also being ‘low’ was an odd choice – her runway was amazing – for another week its like a work of art and her performance wasn’t bad at all. Chanel obviously came across better in person than on tv :D

 

Kiki ate in the challenge, but her runway for another week wasn’t great – her wig looked awful. Actavia and Charra were amazing in the challenge too, in fact Charra probably deserved a top placing based on performance and runway.

 

Rileasa was strong across the board; her runway was a big step up from previous weeks too. Kyran’s tease on the runway was amusing… especially as it just turned out to be a catsuit.

 

Glad Lill stayed though, thought Zahirah would give a little more in the lipsync

For me Charra Tea has been in the bottom every single week & I can't believe she's not the first, second OR third out!

 

Thought their critiques of Zahirah were a bit rough. Marmalade being in the bottom was fair though.

 

I would've put Actavia in the top as well as the 3 here with just Chanel and La Voix safe. Chanel imo pulled it out, she obviously didn't have a strong suit but she gave it her all in the performance & showed great nerve with the runway!
