The Mio Cristo… to Berghain transition is crazy! Also Berghain really is meant to be listened to as part of the album, it pops a lot more.

The second part is way tamer and very early Rosalia but I love it. Not a single throwaway song.

Incredible album that will be talked about for ages.

My holy trinity at the moment after 5(?) listens is probably Divinize, La Yugular, Mio Cristo Piange Diamanti.

Incredible album, utterly singular and pushes every boundary possible.

Now I need my vinyl to arrive to listen to the extra songs!

This album is everything I hoped it would be after I'd heard Berghain. I'm going to need to listen a couple more times to take it all in but I found everything totally compelling on first listen <3

The ending to Mio Cristo Piange Diamante… sublime.

I’ve heard ‘MOTOMAMI’ (well half of it - I gave up on it - not sure it was for me) but I’m half way through this and it’s GORGEOUS so far!

Maybe I’ll go through her discography at some point and give her another chance, but really enjoying this album so far!

After couple of listens I think that El mal querer is still her best album, but this will probably be her most acclaimed one which I am very happy about!

Ordered the CD - have so far only listened to "Berghain" and "La Perla" - both brilliant - looking forward to the whole thing. Rosalia could change pop music!!!!
