I think the OCC really will need to introduce a rule that a label can’t just drop in physicals at a time that suits their artist. I mean, why not just hold them for Christmas week and give her the Christmas No.1 instead?

Would love this rule in theory but it would harm artists who don't shift nearly as many physicals as Taylor and could use the boost for a higher position...
