Great to see the debut for Serena Joy despite only a few tracking hours! Also nice to see Training Season re-entering, which I imagine would be a bit higher if the live version were combined with the studio version.

#streamTrainingSeason everyone cheer

She needs a reset!!!

Well, combined with the royal Albert hall version it would’ve been ~#25 on global Spotify today so it could well do enough!! 👀

Dolly Parton has died 🥲 Will be interesting to see what’s most popular on streaming over the coming days.

Aww no not Dolly!! snif

Given how low streams are I hope this means we'll see a big climb for lots of her songs.

9-5 will likely go top 40 Officially I think! I can see a big impact on singles and possibly see her hits album get a big albums impact.

Is it true 9 to 5 only peaked at 47??

Yes. May finally get a top 40 placing!

Other songs to look out for:

"Jolene"

"Islands In the Stream" w/ Kenny Rodgers

"Here You Come Again"

"I Will Always Love You"

Hoping one of my favourites will appear - "Coat of Many Colours".

Mad, must be one of the most famous songs never to peak there. Only 2 too 40 singles, Jolene no7 in June 76 and Islands the same in Dec 83.

Crazy to think such a huge (ok petite) artist only had 2 top 40s pretty wild

It's quite strange to think her biggest album success came in the 2010s/2020s as well in the UK with multiple top 10 albums and multiple platinum/gold/silver certified albums.

Also Wikipedia is constantly crashing for me looking up Dolly. Don't think I've seen a celebrity death cause Wikipedia to be so slow/crash before - hopefully a sign of how many people are looking up Dolly/what a big impact she had!

It's a real shame the 3-track rule is in place as I could see Dolly charting more than 3 songs - some of which that haven't charted before.

Finger crossed she would still need decent stresms today and tomorrow for Thursday to give a decent estimate so she can chartv🙏🙏

Can't use Wikipedia at all due to Dolly! RIP, not a fan of country music at all but can appreciate her contributions to pop culture and her being a progressive voice in the genre.

Could definitely see Dolly having quite a big impact - would love to see '9 To 5' get a more deserving peak even if unfortunate it had to be this way.

RIP </3

RIP Dolly, i agree i think her passing may have a big impact on the charts and hopefully some of her songs get a new and much deserved higher peak.

It was probably an accident but @Envoirment you have a crying laughing emoji reaction to the above quoted post. Just as a heads up!

R.I.P Dolly Parton

Ch4 News claimed she was progressive but wouldn’t stand up to the right for fear of polarising her country music base.
