Thanks for organising the listen @Chez Wombat , sorry I dipped in and out, was also doing some work on the side, was fun though.

I’m sorry if this is too blunt but the quality of this is so bad. 80% of the songs either sound exactly the same or dated. I’m exhausted listening to this.

Also, Hey QT sounded quite bad listening to it now, and I used to be a fan! What happened lmao

At the moment I have one song at the top and then a batch of songs below (all quite pleasant) - which be default is making it hard to complete my rankings! Will be an interesting results thread

I’d initially narrowed this down to about 13 but now we are back at 15

Getting this down to 10 will be bad enough, nevermind actually putting them in some kind of order!

Now that I think about it, it’s actually kind of interesting that I finished 10th in the last two spin-offs, if I remember correctly. So I’m hoping for a little more this time 🙏

Voted! I was so focused on not forgetting the mexican spices that I forgot I hadn't already submitted my votes.

I really enjoyed 11 songs and several grew on me through the week so I was sad to leave one out but some very odd and also good stuff here indeed, overall I enjoyed the mix and theme. I wouldn't be surprised if my top two are high in the results, both very strong and sounds like they have wide appeal.

Between standard Scandipop, Britney-style pop, standard alt-pop, Cher and Janet - I think I can say I definitely overthought this theme and what it meant to be considered "art pop". I enjoyed it though, a fun mix of songs!

Not sure I can disadvantage myself if I'm already expecting to finish near the bottom! But votes will be with you shortly - just doing my final listen :)

As usual with spin-offs, I’m expecting to absolutely bomb but aiming to finish top 29.
