September 9Sep 9 Confirmed that UK All Stars is coming in Autumn 2027, and it looks like the UK franchise will no longer be airing on the BBC after season 8, moving to WOW! A full, proper UK All Stars season, this is what dreams are made of
September 9Sep 9 Author Tayce finally coming for her RIGHTFUL CROWN.(is made to lip sync 70 times and Veronica Green is crowned instead)
September 9Sep 9 Ok, so does this means the UK franchise will not be broadcasted on TV any longer? And will they finally increase the winners prize since it will be out of BBC network?

The BBC gave up with Canada's Drag Race, but them cutting the actual UK version feels insane.
September 9Sep 9 Omg finally! What's everyone's top picks?I'd love to see quite a lot of queens. I'll stick to 2 from each season that haven't already been on a spin off:S1: Crystal & Scaredy KatS2: Asttina Mandella & TayceS3: Scarlett Harlett & AnubisS4: Dakota Schiffer & Black PeppaS5: Tomara Thomas & Cara MelleS6: Lill & Charra TeaNeed to catch up with season 7. I think the above would be a pretty solid cast with some clear front runners and hopefully some surprises.Having no limits, it'd be a season 2 reunion with strong queens from other seasons to fill the gaps:Bimini Bon BoulashA'WhoraTayceTia KofiSister SisterJoe BlackAstttina MandellaDivina De CampoElla VadayCheddar GorgeousVictoria SconeMichael MarouliLa VoixI wouldn't mind seeing Baga back too. Honestly too many great queens I'd love to see on an All Stars season, so excited!!!!! I hope we don't get a brackets season, I want a proper season with the top 2 lip sync format and they eliminate a queen!Edit: Also with it now moving to WOW from the BBC does this mean we'll get a lot of the future seasons' challenges/lip syncs uploaded to YouTube? That is one thing that I think would be a good thing in giving queens exposure going forward with snatch games etc being uploaded as opposed to being restricted to iPlayer and fan-uploaded cuts being uploaded to YouTube. September 9Sep 9 Uh, BBC axed it? What has the viewership been like for the UK series? I thought it was one of the biggest hits on BBC Three/iPlayer?

It’s certainly the biggest thing BBC Three has going for itself and performs well on iPlayer.
September 9Sep 9 About time! Cant wait for a UK all stars and hopefully they’ll get a bigger deserved prize now

September 9Sep 9 Disappointed BBC have dropped this... But on the plus side, it's probably what will make me sign up for WOW+ rather than scrounging off friends!Excited to finally get a UK All Stars. I hope it's not annual like it is in the US though. Edited September 9Sep 9 by Juranamo

It is the latest in a series of queer-led shows the BBC has 'coincidentally' cancelled. Can't say I'm surprised, the BBC has been implicitly transphobic for some time now, regularly publishing articles that refer misleadingly or demeaningly to trans people and refusing to adjust them when people complain (as I have, more than once).
