Besides, it's clear ACR isn't meant to remove songs from the chart or even the top 10 necessarily, it's to bump them down further and give newer music a helping hand, which it's certainly done at the top of the chart. As has been mentioned by others, Rein Me In and Man I Need are enduringly popular and ACR's purpose isn't to fully ignore that.
