Rizzle Kicks up to #5 in the albums chart - dear God. I assumed they'd be one of those artists like Owl City and Jason Derulo who get a low-top 10 album peak on the back of a few singles + name alone. Didn't expect to see it climb. Great news though that The Vaccines are at #8 and Noel Gallagher is back at #9!

This has actually grown on me this week, after Born To Die a few times, which is even more atrocious than this. It's the small things..
Video Games has had a stellar chart run and still sounds amazing
It's a shame Adele didn't get her 21st week at #1. She will probably after the Brits though!
I wish Foster The People could have gone top 10 with their album.
For some reason I can't enjoy Rizzle Kicks having success because I know they'll probably suffer a "2nd album curse". It's weird but I just *know* it'll be short lived success and I can't really enjoy it. I think I take the charts too seriously.

This is still outrageously shit then...

And booo, Black Keys missed a new peak by two places. :(

Rebecca Ferguson isn't really living up to the hype/acclaim is she?

on reflection, Video Games is a lot better than Born To Die, so I guess I'm glad the latter probably won't outpeak it

I agree actually!

Like I said earlier, I don't mind + being #1 as it's a great album but I would have preferred a return to #1 for Coldplay or failing that a 21st week at #1 for 21 - damn Graham Norton then :P

Didn't expect Rizzle Kicks to be as high as #5 :o How annoying it never got the chance to peak at #8 though :P

God dammit at Foster The People just missing out on the top 10 albums AGAIN (another new peak of #12 though) :(

Drake, Snow Patrol and Chase & Status albums reclimbing a bit :D The latter has now reached a year in the top 75 :cheer: Here's to another year :P Hopefully we'll be hearing some new stuff from Chase & Status soon.

Good to see Video Games getting another week top 20, hope Born To Die can have good longevity as well despite its low peak.

Hasn't she outsold Matt, Cher and 1D? Big 100k+ sales over Xmas

She's sold a very solid amount off the back of one #10 single! More than Matt Cardle, I believe. As far as I'm aware, she hasn't started her second round of promo yet.

I'm shocked at Chase + Status's album success considering their genre! :o
Redlight! It doesn't sound great at first, but it worms its way in, and that production is masterful!

Aww, thought this would be a couple of places higher - still done way better than I ever thought anything by Redlight would though!

This song is a bit weird though. I don't know what genre you would describe it beyond being somewhere in the dance umbrella.
