Out in seventh place is 'Meet Me Halfway' - the fourth Black Eyed Peas single to feature in these EOY Survivors. The song reached #1 for a single week in November 2009 - selling just over 100,000 copies to do so - and infamously blocked Leona Lewis from scoring a fourth number one with her lead single 'Happy'. Karma is dished out over 10 years later. :kink: The song became the Peas' third (!!) number one single of 2009 and their fourth overall. It is definitely superior to the horrific 'I Gotta Feeling' but I think 'Boom Boom Pow' ranks as my favourite from their 2009 hits.

I like everything here, but I'm gonna say Ruby. It was great seeing them get a number 1, but this was nowhere near as good as their material from Employment.

Meet Me Halfway was easily the best song during that era for BEP.

Eminem.
