I think we’d better buckle our seatbelts and brace for what could likely be one of the most iconic and equally controversial eliminations of all-time. I know from a source that I trust who the Queen is. PM’s open if you’d like to know, but yeah it’s gonna be one hell of an episode!

As soon as I saw that headline I thought it had to be A’Whoria

Isn’t this the last episode before the lockdown break?

Buzzing for this, trying to avoid any spoilers for maximum impact! I would LOVE it to be someone so out the box like Veronica or Ellie just going RAGE.

A'Whora was my first thought too - would be funny if it was someone like Sister Sister who has done sweet FA for 3 episodes, suddenly going into meltdown

Yep!! Think it was 8 months or something so it will be interesting to see after this who took that time to step their game up and come back at their best!

I'm fascinated to see if any of the queens drastically gain or lose weight in the 6 month break!

Also...I'm really here to see e.g. Ginny Lemon go nuts at the judges and have to be dragged away by security :lol:

The Queens are REALLY hyping this episode up on Twitter. I hope it doesn’t disappoint, but I am very nervous for

Ms. Lemon

Well that elimination was nowhere near as dramatic as I thought it was going to be, still a gag to see it happen though. A’Whora deserved the win in my opinion, although Lawrence did that have the best runway. Was happy to Sister x2 kill the lip-sync despite knowing she was gonna stay. Roll on next week, it’ll be interesting to see how it’s formatted what with the whole Corona situation.
Yeah I thought she was gonna absolutely kick off from what they were saying. Sad to see Ginny going although I knew it was going to happen.

I think that Ginny's meltdown so to speak was edited down, coz it said that they'd swore at RuPaul, but they didn't show that, all we saw was Ginny simply giving up & storming off the stage.

Pretty gagworthy though & another great episode.

I was bit disappointed but I had a feeling they'd edit it down, it did look like it was edited but they made Ginny come off well tbh. I kind of stan a "peace out I'm done" moment like that, it's such a Ginny thing to do that I think only she could have pulled off  I don't think she should have been bottom anyway tbh, she did get a bit overwhelmed but she did ok to get through it anyway and didn't let the chaos beat her really. Veronica absolutely bombed and her runway was fine but not so good it should have saved her. Sister i guess tried, there was an attempt there which was more than Veronica. There was no need for her attitude though, even in a team challenge it's only down to you how you perform. Ellie was a bit flat but Lawrence still took her part and ran with it to win the challenge. In fact, it can be a good thing surely, if your partner doesn't do so well, it gives you that chance to seize and own the whole scene.

I'm gonna be the one to say it too, I'm kind of bored of Lawrence? At this point, I'm more excited by her runways than I am her personality or performances, you kind of know exactly what you're going to get from her I feel. A'whora killed that challenge, never had her down as being the funniest in an improv challenge but she was HILARIOUS, every second she seized and went for it. I kinda get why her runway lost it for her and Lawrence's was best, but meh I'm just a bit uninspired that A'whora pulled that off and Lawrence wins again for the same kind of personality/humour as always. She is so funny but the judges just do a bit much I feel and it's putting me off a bit.

Actually this was a great episode in general for A'whora, you can see that she realises that the way she behaved was not acceptable, it takes a lot to own up to that and try and rectify it. It was nice to see that dynamic instead of drama lingering and dragging on, on Tia's part too she was so gracious with it and gave A'whora her chance to explain so they could talk things out instead of it blowing up. It was nice to see a bit of a storyline and another dimension to A'whora, see her let her guard down and be a bit more human.

I am high key over the judgings this series - Sister, Ellie and Veronica deserted to be bottom over Ginny who had the most thrown at her (literally!)

Christ, Sister Sister is so f***ing DULL and yet when she does speak she's so nasty and I wish she hadn't.

Fair play to A'Whora, she KILLED IT and I warmed to her a lot this week. She deserved to win over Lawrence who is having the judges do way too much and low key giving her favouritism which is odd.

A'Whora  I just love her more every week and she smashed that challenge! I get that her runway wasn't quite as amazing as Lawrence's, but she deserved the win. I do agree with Liam that Lawrence is getting a bit boring now - fantastic, beautiful runways but it's the same predictable humour in the challenges every time whereas I feel like A'Whora really had an Aquaria-as-Melania moment here that nobody would have expected.

Ginny, meh, after this week I'm not sad to see the back of her - rude at the beginning, pretty bad in the challenge, and not even willing to lip-sync? Bye. Props to Sister Sister for carrying on and giving a great performance, but this wasn't a good week for her either!

Was anyone else more gagged by the comment Ellie made to Rupaul rather than the elimination?

I agree — I actually think this is two weeks in a row where A'whora should have won, which I never thought I would say at the beginning.

I feel like Lawrence has the personality to be fantastic outside of Drag Race, and the judges can see it, but they're rewarding him prematurely for it. He hasn't wowed me during a challenge yet.

That was the most awkward moment :deadbanana:

Ellie giving us a "is there something on my face" moment was iconic, Ru was not impressed

i think lawrence did deserve the win this week, maybe not last week but its not like she wasn't clearly in the top. she is my fave and i don't think that will change. i understand what people are saying about the judges but its not like its not undeserved praise. it's maybe just because she's the biggest personality there but her humour is her asset so why not use it as much as she can? plus she's proved herself able to design and construct her outfits, present, act, (okay she can't dance for shit but still) its not as though she's a one trek pony

Lawrence wasn't as funny as Awhora but she had less of an easy part to play and came off the most natural AND her runway was genuinely great.
It is kinda one trick though when she does it with the same mannerisms and characteristics, like we said A'whora pulled off a character and a totally different one, Lawrence you know what's coming and I just think it's boring when you know what you're getting, even if what you're getting is going to always be good. It's not that she didn't deserve the win I definitely wouldn't say that, it's just that I'm kinda bored of knowing what's going to come from Lawrence personality wise. Her runways have been consistently great bar week 2 with the kinda shit tartan reveal though.
