Can we use this to project for the rest of the week? And am I right in thinking that if she beats 226,000 (which I’m assuming she won’t do) .. she’ll have the best selling singles week since Hello back in 2015?

Yep. If she does goes past 170k then she's beaten the Grenfell charity song and will take the biggest weekly sale since Shape Of You at 226k. I'd love to see her get passed that and have the biggest weekly sale since Hello but i'm not sure sure it will reach quite those heights.

There's NO way she'll beat Shape of You. She'll be lucky to clear 190,000 chart sales.

On another note I’m so happy that Elton/Dua managed a week at #1 it would’ve been so typical for them to finally overtake Ed this week but still be at #2 without getting a week there. :lol:

 

Really intrigued at seeing Adeles paid sales. I guess these will be the highest aside from LadBaby in recent times (or maybe the Captain Tom track?)

His CD single came out this week so I expect he might fall quite a bit for Friday, I'm still hoping for top 20 though!

Data is literally always missing in the midweeks (there is a one day lag from Spotify, Apple Music and YouTube).

70,000 and that doesn't include her second day on streaming services. :cheeseblock: The 1.7 mil second day on spotify is like 10k+ chart sales alone.

 

I think she'll easily hit 200k by the end of the week. I hope she manages to beat "Shape of You" and does 250k+

I think it comes down to what she's on tomorrow. I assume she's already done 100k Friday-Sunday. I don't think it's too much of a stretch to think she could do another 100k+ Monday-Thursday.

 

It's a shame her casettes aren't being shipped until November.

I guess the 70K is Fri streams from all outlets + Sat streams from Amazon only + iTunes sales for Fri & Sat

 

 

Maybe 180-200k for Adele, that's brilliant.

I'm excited to see adele's full week sales on Friday, I'd live if it could do 200k.

Amazing start for Adele, I actually think she’ll end up around the 150k mark for the whole week. Would love it to best Shape of You but I just don’t think it will unless it levels off streams wise from Saturdays values.

I think tomorrow's Spotify update will give us a better idea of what kind of sales heights it will reach. It was always going to have a big second day drop off after opening with 2.8m (not that 1.7m isn't also absolutely huge) but it will be interesting to see where it levels off over the next few days.

She’s probably close to 100k with the full two days of data so if she kept going at the same rate she’d do 350k. She won’t obviously but I think she should beat 200k and maybe get close to 250k.

Her Sunday streams will drop a lot tomorrow just cos Sundays are the slowest day of the week for streams

Should be a good sales for both album and single number 1s this week, I hope Coldplay open with really good sales as we know Adele certainly will.
