Surprised at the underperformance of Heather Small but I guess with the originals so readily available on streaming there was little need or interest in re-recordings.
August 10, 20223 yr A surprisingly small drop since Monday for Mall Grab - I expect it'll have a much larger drop from now to the final chart but barring any #shenanigans I'm guessing he is definitely safe for a top 100 debut now which will be the first time he has charted, we love to see it. I really had no idea he was on the radar of the mainstream even to that extent. How has Glass Animals' album managed to rise 13 places since Monday? :thinking: Not mad about it (as sick as I have been of 'Heat Waves' for aeons, it is a good album otherwise) but that seems odd. Physical sales dump? Would definitely be here for Eliza Rose to deny Sigala top 10 please x 'Stay The Night' is better than the last few Sigala singles in fairness but it still definitely does not need to be a top 10 hit.

August 11, 20223 yr Stay The Night is basic ass love island core dance music. I suppose I wouldn't begrudge it a week at #10 if that weren't such an obstacle to crack in the charts these days and BOTA definitely deserves more even if i'm not that into it. While i'm delighted Afraid To Feel got to #1 as it's one of my top tracks of this summer, it's had a good reign there now and i'd be happy for another decent track to take its place. I won't be a hypocrite on things dodging ACR on minimal increases just because I like the song here.... unless it's keeping such shite as those George Ezra or Central Cee songs from #1 in which case role on LF System coming for that Bryan Adams record lmao. :P
