October 24, 20223 yr Wow I wasn’t expecting those sales from both Taylor and Arctics, really is a shame they went each other. I’m not sure how high Midnights will get in terms of sales this week, the next update is I’ll give some idea how it’s selling following the initial push.

October 24, 20223 yr Happy for Taylor, Artics and Carly. Three acts who are great at what they do! Taylor's album is simply stunning, only problem being that I don't she how she betters it. Perfection! Was hoping Anti-Hero had sold more but it's safe for No1 I assume?
October 24, 20223 yr Its something else seeing Kylies Impossible Princess at Number 5 and will get a new peak, she got ridiculed 25 years ago for the album and for many they wrote her off, for it to get a new peak 25 years its huge for this album as its an album that got far far too much criticism when released as its a really good album that showcases Kylie so differently.
October 24, 20223 yr Incredible for Taylor! I'm glad her vinyl formats and signed CDs are both lining up with week 1 this time to boost her numbers as high as possible, on top of strong streams. As unfortunate as this is for Arctic Monkeys (not that they seem to care, but that perfect streak... :cry:) - it's fantastic to see not one, but two albums clearing 100k+ in a single week nowadays.

October 24, 20223 yr Those album sales!?! :o Obviously I expected them to do well but that's ridiculous, it's almost like Adele and Ed Sheeran released an album in the same week. :lol: People say Arctic Monkeys have broken their streak. But I wouldn't say that for certain yet. We know they are capable of fantastic longevity. Their album can do 10,000 one week in February and be #1.

October 24, 20223 yr Phenomenal sales for the Top 2! Taylor being able to clear 100k with such ease is such a huge step up for her, wow. It’s quite something that her popularity is still growing this far into her career. Happy to see Carly as high as #7 so far even though it’s with less than 3k :cry: I really hope that she’s able to hang onto the Top 20 by Friday. Kylie seems in quite a safe position to stay Top 5? :o That’s pretty phenomenal for a vinyl only release. That’s before taking into account that it’s one of her least successful albums.
