October 27, 20231 yr I didn't think the semi was fantastic quality overall but the highs were very high. Reciprocated hype back to Fljótavík and also to Cadelicia, shame that one wasn't entered into the upcoming Club Bizarre as I think it would have swept up! (Mind you, best not to speak too soon there given what we've seen with PFSC :lol:)
October 27, 20231 yr Minnie Riperton <3 They play that a lot on Lauren's cloudbusting segment on 6Music, never fails to brighten up any morning and instantly make me feel better. Hope it storms into the final! I also know a few others here, L.S.G.'s “Hearts” is a trance classic that I recently discovered thanks to a cover by Danish DJ, Najaaraq Vestbirk (aka Courtesy). Anyway a strong semi and sent my votes in already as I'll be away for the weekend until Tuesday next week.

We wouldn't want to influence anyone to cast votes, we merely note that our first favourite all-time TV theme was created by the BBC Radiophonic workshop, Yes, Dr. Who. Our 3rd fave TV show of all-time featured Aria Stark. Yes, House Of Game Of Thrones! Please, no argy-bargy at the indulgence with the TV chit-chat. Good luck all! October 27, 20231 yr Semi 2 votes in now (accidently pmed earlier when I hadn't sorted my votes though whoops!). Not as stellar semi as the first but some good tracks still in there, my top 2 are excellent though!
October 28, 20231 yr Voted. I could have happily voted for 19 songs in Semi 1 — probably the strongest semi I have been in, and thanks to everyone who has given me some new music to obsess over for a few weeks.
October 28, 20231 yr Speaking on other songs this month as I haven't contributed yet, I very nearly sent Danaeviia's entry which is strange that two of the big dance nations wanted a post rock song from 2021 in the same month! But it's had a bit of a resurgence thanks to a beautiful music video. I would tip it as a potential surprise winner if the cards align. Also had Abelsfayeton's artist in my potentials as a sort of third choice should I not have got the first two with a different song! It's not often that I would've had clashes.
