That was by FAR the BEST Rusical I have ever seen and one of my favourite ever episodes of Drag Race. They were all brilliant!

 

I wanted Marmalade to win this week utterly loved their Elton and that Diana costume was just divine however La Voix is truly deserving, honestly such a STAR and that catwalk with the "log flume Diana" I howled laughing! La Voix is definitely the one I'd go see outside of Drag Race, can just imagine a fabulous cabaret style Drag show.

 

Think it was the right decision in the end although I felt it was such a high standard that all of them would have got through in pretty much any other Rusical. Thought Lil was excellent presenting at Cilla but kinda missed a trick doing Geri after that impersonation, I was screaming at the TV, and thought actually Lil's struggle with dancing would actually have been brilliant as Geri, could have just been like "well Geri forgets the moves most of the time too" :lol: Have to say I didn't really get giving Geri the BIG dance routine lol she was never known for that!?

Totally agree with you, Spicy. Lil not doing Geri was a missed opportunity considering her Cilla got worse as the Rusical went on. :lol: It's a shame Actavia went out off the back of that performance because she was HILARIOUS but I sort of expected it after Ru gave the whole "I love you" speech. It felt like a way to soften the blow of an impending exit. :(

I said the same to my hubby when Ru gave that speech, "Actavia is definitely going." Tbh the bottom two were the right ones for this episode and then Lil is just a bit stronger than Actavia so it's the way the cookie crumbles I guess. I did utterly love Actavai's performance though, and as Ru said I also genuinely adore them, will definitely be missed!

Yeah this season really is giving everything, the best of Drag Race and the best of the UK seasons we've had. What a bunch of queens :wub:

 

Charra just solidified herself as an absolute fave for me that episode though. She's really coming into her own and even though the runway wasn't great she was brilliant in the challenge as Kylie :lol:

 

Sad to see Actavia go, but really it would've felt wrong for Lill to go but I think it's gonna be tough no matter what now.

This was a 10/10 episode. Actavia truly had no Geri energy at allthough :lol:

Imo Lill wiped the floor with her in the lipsync. It's really refreshing for UK to have a lipsync assassin who isn't primarily a gymnast!

Another excellent episode last night & the best makeover episode ever. Glad Marmalade has finally got a win, after 4 high placements it just felt right. Loved the sit down chat between RuPaul and the queens it was very moving.

 

The correct bottom 2 and it was Charra Tea's time to go. The roast next week will be interesting the front runners Kyran and La Voix could do well and snatch another win either way, but hoping Lill might get it & make it to the final 4. I predict a bottom 2 of Rileasa and Marmalade for the next episode, but who knows.

When even the makeover is good you know its a good season. So many great moments that ep. Tears, laughter, and then the ultimate troll lipsync! Alan was on the ball & Ru was clearly having a ball!

That was such a beautiful, emotional episode :cry: loved it! And all of them were brilliant. So sad to see Charra go on the back of several great moments in previous episodes, but that was definitely the right bottom two of the week. Wish it had been a double shantay though, if ever a week deserved it it was this week!

I hate makeover challenges but loved this — honestly, my only negative is it should have been a non-elimination episode. They all did so well, and it felt like a wonderful and supportive episode that could have done with a lil happy surprise at the end.

 

Charra Tea managed to completely charm me after being sceptical at the beginning, it's a shame to see any of these girls leave now.

 

If ever a normal season could have been non elim! Pretty much from Kiki onwards it’s been sad to see anyone go and every week multiple queens could have won. That was the best makeover ever on this show and one of the best episodes of Drag Race full stop across the entire pantheon of franchises.

 

I think this might very well be the best season since the golden era of US 5 and 6, and this is as someone who often finds the UK series are a bit overhyped.

I honestly can't cope with how much I am ADORING this season of Drag Race! It's quite simply the best I have ever seen, I utterly love all the remaining members and just want them all to win!

 

This episode was brilliant, again! I said to my husband, "honestly every single one of them have done brilliant, you can see family resemblance in them all and you never get that, there's always one or two that look shoddy or nothing like one another!" The whole episode was just so beautiful, I kept crying throughout it at the most gorgeous family members, La Voix's dad had me bawling and seeing the relationships with some of the mother's made me think of my own. Was really sad to see Charra go, they have really grown on me since the Snatch Game episode, the standard in the last couple of episodes has been sky high. Really wanted a double shantay. :cry:

 

Really think it is Voix, and Thrax have next weeks in the bag but I think Marmalade will give them a run for their money too.

Just caught up on this weeks ep… another fantastic episode! In fact this cast is just amazing.

 

I was wondering if they were going to do a lipsync for the win rather than a bottom 2… although saying that the bottom 2’s looks/ outfits were slightly under the top 4. But it did feel if an episode needed elimination it was this one.

 

Good to see Marmalade get a win. Loving Lill more with each ep. La Voix and Kyran continue to be amazing! Also how fantasticly brilliant was La Voix’s Dad :wub:

Honestly it is just an absolutely fantastic season and each week I’m sad as I don’t want anyone to go, it definitely could have been a non elimination, I think they need to make more episodes for UK, US has loads I think an extra 1/2 episodes per series would be great. Top 5 are all fantastic in their own way. Will be sad when it ends!

Agree! Its a popular show in the UK too, they could definitely extend the episode order to 12

Happy to see Marmalade get her first win! I believe she's likely the only one left that can potentially snatch the crown from La Voix or Kyran if she manages 1 more win before the final and does really well in the final. But it looks to be La Voix vs Kyran for the crown even though I wish Lill could be in contention.

 

Definitely my favourite season of DRUK.

I love Kyran and was team Kyran at the start but after the past few episodes I am fully team La Voix! She just might be the strongest queen in all 6 seasons, she is just such a consummate professional but so magnetic and charismatic and wonderful, she’s not just some cold seasoned queen who does the motions.

 

I absolutely adore Marmalade too, I feel like she could have won the last 3 seasons if she was on those and is unlucky to be up against Kyran and La Voix.

Such a shame to lose Lill… but the bottom 2 were correct and Releasa did beat her in the lip sync. But then I don’t think the gimp mask and dress helped Lill in terms of being able to perform.

 

La Voix killed that roast! Does feel like it’s La Voix’s to lose at the moment. Still love Kyran though but La Voix really had shone so much the last few episodes.

Yeah La Voix absolutely killed that. Effortless from start to finish. Was a bit miffed at some of the critiques for Marmalade though, and Michelle seeming seriously offended by her… that seemed pretty standard good roast material to me? :lol:

La Voix has the crown in the bag, that was a masterclass!

 

The critiques for Marmalade were a bit wtf? She was hilarious, don't think she went too far at all!? It was obvious Michelle took offense to hers and then the judges basically disregarded the rest of her act due to that??? The stuff about Ru Paul's recording career was hilarious I was laughing so much, she was also hysterical continuing it when getting the feedback. She was easily up there with La Voix as the two top performers.

 

The other three were all a tad dissapointing tbh. I think Rhilesa should have gone purely for the fact she didn't do a roast, at all!? She did kill the lip sync though.
