All three of those songs failed to qualify out of the semi-finals so will be entries to the top 100 overall. The other remaining direct qualifier from last year comes from Billie Eilish as we see big drop-offs for Olivia Rodrigo, Wolf Alice and Elton John/Dua Lipa. It's a particularly good year for LNX as his other hit was also in touching distance of the top five. One Maneskin hit is replaced for the other and also now climbing to be in contention to progress in the semi-finals are Kid Laroi, Wet Leg and Anxiety.

My hand will be forced to nominate it every year nevertheless x 'The Last Man On Earth' reaching the top 5 last year was one of my favourite results in this, shame that's dropped away a bit, but at least still a semi finalist.Pleasantly surprised to see 'ZITTI E BUONI' rocketing ahead of 'I WANNA BE YOUR SLAVE' this year *.*

October 20Oct 20 I knew it’d be close for Here Comes The Night as I didn’t see it in many votes but those who did vote for it gave it a lot. So it’s a shame that missed out.Surprised by the random Adele and Lil Nas X boosts, not sure if there’s any particular reason for those. Great winner though - quite easily my Weeknd song of choice at this point.
