Some Lily Allen songs are showing up on Apple now!!! 122 West End Girl 153 Pussy Palace 192 Ruminating Nothing from No Shame made the chart so it'd be awesome if she charted anything from this.

Yes that would be amazing! To think her last solo top 40 hit was over a decade ago and her last top 40 in general 8 years ago.

Unless I’m missing something obvious, the three Dave tracks will be his three collaborators highest peaking in the UK. in addition to it being Tems 2nd top ten (after #8 collab “Wait For U” with Drake & Future in 2022), and both the first top ten for James Blake and Kano.

So happy James Blake and Kano will hopefully return to the Uk top 10 on Friday!!

I think I'm going to hold off for now on assuming that Dave's songs will all chart in the top 10 as from what I've read (not listened yet but must do very soon!) it's quite an uncommercial album (not that either of his other albums were packed full of mainstream chasing hits either, he seems to separate his more commercial releases to EPs / singles for the most part) so they may fall off quite sharply and the top songs do have lower first day Spotify numbers than the ones from his last album (the top 3 all did between 770k and 794k then) - but as long as 'History' is one of his 3 charting songs (which I think is very likely now with the lead it has over his third song) it will definitely be a new peak for James Blake at the least. It feels a little surreal to see him appearing as high as #3 on Spotify! His previous best was his feature on the last Dave album and that came in at #14, being the second lowest charting song from that album (it was a lot later in the tracklist, but still outcharted by 2 of the songs that followed it). He did actually have a top 10 hit on US Spotify before with 'King's Dead' (w/ Jay Rock, Kendrick Lamar and Future), got to #7 on US Spotify but only #48 here.

'Raindance' is now Dave's second highest on Apple, guessing it'll be his highest there fairly soon. 'History' has dropped to #4 behind HUNTR/X.

Genuinely shocked for Lily there! Maybe the sudden drop and releasing it once was actually beneficial here. I hope that other British female

acts from the 00s decade can get love on streaming andwith new music too.

Aside from Leona with One More Sleep (and ofc Adele) I can’t think of many others who would get streaming chart dents like that. Maybe Florence but I’m honestly stunned at Lily here! I wouldn’t rule out the album going to number one when the physicals ship in January.

Not only getting her whole album to chart but the fact they're as high as they are even with a Dave album release...? Crazy good for Lily! Hoping it can stabilise. I need 'Pussy Palace' to be a SMASH! Incredible song.

Amazing for Lily, looks like the fast rollout is working in her favour.

If you take out Dave’s album bomb she’s got a top 20 Spotify debut there for PP.

Dropping everything at once is usually very beneficial for the first week streams as people will listen out of curiosity more than if there were pre-album singles available. That's why Taylor has been doing it since 2020 - to maximize the opening and the expectations and minimize negative word of mouth. Then there is the risk of the era being potentially over in a month if nothing really sticks, which I can see being the danger in Dave's case.

Lily is truly in for a great comeback here though, hope at least something from the album can go viral and reach top ten (either before the Xmas rush or in January).

I also love to point out that way back in the day, James Blake had "Retrograde" get to #7 on Australia's weekly Spotify charts (and #5 on the official streaming chart)

So pleased to see the buzz around this project

Lily positions today on Spotify!

25 (28) Pussy Palace

36 (32) West End Girl

39 (51) Madeline

53 (60) Tennis

57 (53) Ruminating

59 (61) Sleepwalking

64 (75) Relapse

67 (80) 4chan Stan

73 (90) Nonmonogamummy

96 (125) Just Enough

98 (132) Dallas Major

120 (143) Beg for Me

139 (168) Let You W/In

145 (176) Fruityloop

All songs climbing except West End Girl and Ruminating - not surprising for the former given half of it is a phone call really (despite how impactful it is as an album intro, it's not really one that I see people returning to individually).

Madeline ❤️ hope that’s the second highest charting and hopefully officially top 40 ❤️🔥

The fact Lily’s album has climbed on day 2 has shown that word of mouth and the surprise release strategy has worked perfectly.

Very happy for her. I’ve never been a massive Lily fan but even I can admit it’s the best album of 2025. Brilliant.

^ A strong week for British artist freshness there with Dave, James Blake, Kano, Lily Allen, Olivia Dean and Skye Newman all in bold!

So happy for Lily! When I first heard about the release I thought she may have had a song peak in the low 100s on day one then drop out! So this is impressive!
