Has it not pulled ahead of Last Christmas now? I think MIN has 137 days to LC's 136. Obviously doesn't matter in the long run as Wham will inevitably overtake again in December...

I think they should’ve tried for the #1 officially last week, i think it’ll hang around around for a while but they appear to have missed the boat (by a small margin) to claim her a UK #1.

Not sure about physicals but a remix/edit, lyric video or them just even advertising on socials they had reduced the download to 59p.

Although considering her chart success and having 3 songs in the Top 75 she ‘only’ has 127k followers on Insta which seems low so maybe none of the above would have worked if there is not a big engaged fanbase to promote it too.

Something, anything would of helped, a remix, an acoustic version (seems the range) physicals maybe, actual promotion, like something cmon the gap was 1.3k it wasnt a mountain to climb just a small hill

"Click Clack Symphony" up to #21 on Apple. Also appearing/climbing on Amazon now at #208. The music video over 2 million views now which is great for RAYE - hoping that will help a bit (assuming a good chunk is from the UK - will be able to see in a day or so).

Only a few thousand between MIN and RMI id be suprised if it didnt pass in the next few days

RMI very much in the Ordinary and Man I Need vein for me, i.e. inexplicably massive for a song that sits somewhere between mildly pleasant, innocuous, and lift music.

This seems to be the muscial formula that generates mega-hits in the streaming era. Doesn't bode well for any new Bohemian Rhapsodies.
