I Ran it like 4 times as well. And properly like generate random list, copy, sort 1-58, repeat. So funny that’s how it ended up

This is the most unsure I’ve felt about how my entry will fare this year but I couldn’t have asked for a much more favourable semi with plenty of pop loving countries in it so fingers crossed.

My chosen entry, unsurprisingly, was Heavenly by Luna but not a single part of me felt bitter when I saw Jim had beaten me after the difficulty he had lost contest with people taking his desired entries. If it wins, I might feel differently though xx

I am wondering that "Heavenly" hasn't vetoed as it is in the current multichart at #59.

Oh wow. First of all I thought my entry was the one that got triple confirmed as I knew there was some interest, but after I'd previously hyped 'Moviestar', 'X' and 'cul-de-sac' in the Pop Track of the Week threads and then not sent any of them, I though I'd better follow through with LUNA this time - I also voted for her previous song 'Away With The Fairies' in that poll. Speaking of 'Moviestar', I see an Ajanaeda self-recycle (haven't heard this one yet!)

though not the song here! The one I considered came up on Spotify auto-play for me, which I figured meant there must be some awareness of her - not sure whether I'll get the chance to send it now, still it's just as well I didn't try it this time as Neliönoir would have submitted her first anyway.

Don't think I've charted anyone else's entry yet, although if I'd still been doing them weekly I'd have given the Lookylion and Taahino songs a run already, hype to those from the opposite semi.

I don't know how close it came, but I think if any of Rob, you or I had sent it and it had been vetoed on the basis of being in the multichart, it would have been incredibly harsh as it wouldn't have been there if you took any of our points away individually, so it would be like penalising us for having personal charts.

Yeah - that is a fair point. I am just sometimes unsure how the vetoing works (for future considerations of songs) that's why I asked . I'm absolutely fine if songs from the lower end of the multicharts are included as these indeed might be a result of high positioning of 2-3 people.

Suppose I should ask if there might be a listen through for SF1 tomorrow?

Semi 2 is quite the mix, difficult to say which way it will go but I've voted nice and early anyway

Side note for people that really rely on reminders since they won't be sent - you could set an alarm on your phone or a calendar event as soon as you see the voting thread so you don't forget

It's ok, it can stay on there, thanks. I would recommend checking the live version on YouTube though.

Pretty sure the version of Elëdan's song on Apple is the same as other platforms, Hansi3D just isn't credited on there for some reason (on YouTube neither artist is credited in the video title, their entire collaborative EP is just billed to the entity 'Oscilloscope Music'). I believe this specific live version of FSR Rontvia's entry is just finally on Spotify now because they're recently expanding their catalogue of music video uploads (this one having been on her official YouTube channel for 10 years already), but all music videos on Spotify can also just be played as audio-only versions and they can still be added onto playlists like a regular single release. The video for the live performance is likewise on Apple Music's video section but not sure if they have the same functionality?

Anyhoo, YouTube playlists ~ (first time in a little while that I've actually had to make these after the luxury of hosts providing them for the last few months hehe). As per last month I've included plain links here because YouTube seems to have severely jankified the embedded versions of playlists - I think if you click play on them it will cycle through the playlist in order but there's no way to skip ahead to later songs (or back to earlier ones) within the embed any more from what I can tell.
