Rontvian votes are in early, as the backup jury came to a quick verdict. Not a vintage final for my taste but a lot of the surviving pop and some of the electronic stuff was good.

The jury of the Zephyra Continuum has decided on its favourite audio documents. Documents were submitted in duplicate.

Two songs are in contention for my 18 this time... One would be the first time I've voted for them, and one would have their first votes for a very very very long time (and I don't really know why, because from what I can tell they have taste that is RIGHT UP MY STREET) 😱😱

Voted! Turned out to be a pretty strong final so I'm not too salty about my DNQ. I'm thinking maybe the winner could be between Altyr, Avium and Lupus? 🤷‍♂️ Idrk.

(on a separate note, I discovered a new way of ranking: copying the Spotify playlist in the app and reordering the playlist in order of preference. Does anyone else do this? It's a great method if you want to rank blindly ).

That's how I've done it the last few times and it's worked wonders!

I normally:

1) Listen to the whole lot

2) Play a clip from each and reorder

3) Play from the top and reorder as songs grow

(That way I can also just stop listening when I get to the inevitable songs that I've heard a couple of times and don't really need to hear again 🙈)

For this contest (and probably going forward), I've added them to a spreadsheet that I reorder when I'm ready to submit my votes, it just speeds up my formatting - also helpful for formatting predictions/oods etc!
