My 3 top placements all returning

Guess I gotta be pleased with that!

The alt crowd really came through!

Well done to the 3 back in the competition

Oh that’s a shame! was hoping to hear more from Agnes.

RUTH is a classic but I can’t see Kate lasting

Also Scene out! Shocked

Oh wow I got a clean sweep of my favourites 😮 was not expecting to be able to say that. Congrats to Kate's mentor!

Nooo 'Release Me' </3 congrats Kate and their mentor which is not unsurprising lol. A classic obvs.

Agnes had the hardest time of any act here imo.

Some thought it was me, but clearly not (well done Scene!) but I absolutely wouldn’t have played her any differently.

To go out with Here Comes The Night (incredible track) and then Release Me (one of the best ever) is a double dose of cruel!

However, of course Running Up That Hill is legendary and a fully deserved return, and no surprise at all! Well done to their mentor.

Damn Agnes so close!!!

I knew I should have just gone with ‘Naked’ to force you all into a discovery as I assumed I’d be out anyway!

Aha. Will catch up properly (literally only came here from my notifications!) shortly! But tbh I knew it’d be a challenge for Leona as she doesn’t have a great amount of “strong hits” that would resonate on a chart forum, but I do think had I known Iz was gonna be my mentor I’d have probably attempted something like ‘I See You’, ‘Brave’ or ‘Set You Free’ (with Hans Zimmer).

I also wanted to try and see if ‘Ave Maria’ could have done something and pleasently surprised people

Well this nicely makes up for last round where all my favourites went out, excellent to see Kate back and a win for all the retro crowd tonight *. I'm glad we went with this one act per category model as I'm not sure that would have been the case if all were together and it's a very diverse list of finalists.

Glad for Kate, and glad to see 2 of the 3 eliminated at the 'least played on Spotify' round brought back! (Just Calvin and possible Rihanna-gate preventing 3/3, oops)

Agnes was unfortunate to be eliminated when she was originally, but well played Scene to get this far!

Gary Numan and Kate Bush going to Live Rounds after their big hits depleted!!!

I guess everyone has to get their turn on the sidelines. I’ll post a full write-up later of my plans etc but yeah very gutted Agnes went out that way initially. 🥲

Old Men, Old Man and Old Woman all through tonight

Agnes robbed twice is 💔

Congratulations once again to Kate Bush, Gary Numan and Depeche Mode!

Commiserations to all of the artists that didn't make it, and thank you for being amazing sports and keeping your identities a secret until now! You've all done an incredible job with your artists.

Will be quiet now and let all of the eliminated mentors add their own comments.

But, for the TOP 15...

You was robbed at 6CC and the Gamu!

I’ll stay quiet on the actual victors lol (absolutely nothing personal against their mentors - they’re clearly playing a fantastic game! )

Thank you for reminding me of all their big hits, I enjoyed revisiting them.
