Taylor’s is a digital only release and as far as I’m aware it’s just the four new songs tacked onto the end of the album so it’s probably not a must-have for most fans.

They could buy the 4 extra tracks cheaper than buying the entire deluxe. If there were CD/Vinyls available Taylor would likely be #1 quite comfortably.

Was expecting more than 19k for "Patient Zero". Here was me thinking she did 15-20k first day sales on the Friday... Music video will boost the song a bit - I would think she'll be in the ~50k area come Friday.

the site's still not updated for me either 😭 they're really trying to rival Billboard with these delays (at least the OCC aren't at the level of forgetting their some of their flagship charts for three days yet!)

Maybe GH albums should have all streams halved? Based on the assumption that these are often within the top 2 songs on the parent album, where their streams would be downweighted?

If she re-issues the CD it’ll probably do big numbers but the songs aren’t all that great ☹️

surely they''ve excluded spotify numbers here on both charts. Tinashe's too low for pretty decent first day streams, and Mi Chico, Bad Times (AI) and honeybee have little to no spotify traction at all and yet are surging back up.

again, Tinashe's team fumbled the CD release by delaying it until October 30th so her only physicals are vinyl - seems about right for where she'll have been before the iTunes deluxe boost

Tinashe is now £4.99 on iTunes so hopefully that helps

Apologies if this has been noted (don't read thru these threads anymore) but are the Madonna & Soft Cell releases intentional or just a crazy coincidence that they have the same name?!

Not to make “excuses” (I SWEAR DOWN!!!!) but Tinashe’s CD’s have been pushed back for general release to 30th October (no idea why??? Unless she plans to do some instore signings or something??) And as much as ppl love buying vinyl, I’d imagine the bigger percentage of her sales are the CD orders!

Also, I had to get in touch with her webstore as I didn’t get confirmation of my original order, nor was it in my Shop App (but my second order of the Blue variant had both - and delivered to me) and my payment was taken. They sorted it for me so I have my original order now confirmed to me (I ordered the clear variant and Signed CD - which will likely ship together?) and mentioned to me that “there are slight delays in orders being shipped due to high volumes”… so who really knows tbh.

Just to say that my Madonna & Charli Danceteria Afterhours CD single is being shipped today.

Hopefully more versions of the track, and maybe even a video, will be released soon on iTunes?

There's no way Earrings would be as high as it is without Spotify numbers.

I'm pretty sure they just both happen to be named after the same nightclub in New York!
