Great that most of the new songs have actually held up quite well!

Still hard to call which 3 Fontaines songs will be charting by the end of the week with the order switching up from day to day and the numbers all being so close but certainly not holding my breath for 'Where Is Gone?' to get its top 40 moment now :'( at least it charted last week.

I guess the Tate song is better than Jamie Miller but feels like it would be an underwhelming song to be a first #1 for her, hope it will grow on me...

(Would still be a better first #1 than the song that got her her first and only US #1 to date though lol)

It looks like Marianne and Demolition are locked in for Fontaines, right now the 3rd track is looking likely to be Japan which is fine by me!

I doubt Tate can do it but that's impressive and also a big number compare to 2026.

Idk the leap by Tate McGee today was quite big - i think she'll get number 1 fairly easily. In fact she might even stand a chance this week. She was only 2k behind Babydoll in yesterdays update

tbf Tate'll probably stabilise a bit now given the gain was from a specific event (her Victoria's Secret sync)

Fontaines holding on really well. Was disappointed how low Marianne was in the Sun/Mon Top 40 updates, thought that meant Top 10 was out the question for Friday. But with how well it's holding, I'm getting more optimistic.

(If Ella Langley causes it to be #11, I'm setting fire to an effigy of Texas)

I'm not sure - I've been seeing a lot more people sharing Tate's strut down the runway than Jade, so I do think it will have given her whole set a boost, where she did the entirety of Housewife.
